I do eat the recommended amount and more, out of
preference. Mostly I make very simple salads, never
use dressing, though that's ok of course.

Don't feel you have to eat greens mono. I have yet to
get to the point of wanting mono leaves, with the
exception of pak choy and chinese leaf, which I mostly
do prefer mono due to their stronger flavour.
Lettuces I can imagine could be delicious if fresh and
home-grown; but I buy commercial, which do lack taste.
I still enjoy them with tomatoes, dates, or other
fruits.

Only pointing out that Dr D is adamant that our greens
consumption should be high, for long-term success.
