Hi Doug!

Would you say seaweeds could be part of a healthy human diet?

If you don't particularly like it, like I think I've read
before, would you consider it part of the "fringes" of the
human diet niche or completely unhealthy?

Personally I like wakame and dulse, and eat it sometimes, I
have yet to try it fresh, but I think I would like it.

Could it have played a part our diet throughout evolution?
Does any of the other primates eat it?
