Dear Doug,

I am trying to understand this mono. So, please correct me
where I am wrong.

From what I understand, mononucleosis:

- is actually adrenal fatigue in youngster and that same
adrenal fatigue is chronic fatigue in older people.

- adrenals can be exhausted by: stress, alarm, TV commercials
and news, and too much fat in a diet.

- Too much fat in a diet calls for emergency once the insulin
cannot do its job.

- In emergency state, adrenals respond and they stimulate the
pancreas to produce more insulin.

- This leads first to hiperinsulinemia, and eventually, as the
pancreas atrophies and gets weaker to hipoinsulinemia, candida
bloom and diabetes II...

-So, each time the insulin cannot do its job, adrenals have to
works and this exhausts them over time = mono or CFS.

Now... is there any room for that Eppstein Barr virus, or it
is just another medical nonsense?

Thank you in advance,
Marina
