I have not eaten well due to emotional stress this spring. I've been a very
unhealthy vegan, practically drinking 5 litres of coke and eating two bags of fatty
crispies with lots of salt every week. I've been on and off the 80/10/10 diet for
years. Now I have stabilised a bit more emotionally because I have a much less
stressful job. I just got to go on the 80/10/10 forever now. Tomorrow I've been
on it for one week.

I'm experiencing two things:

My legs and feet hurt. It went worse after I ran in bad shoes, but it has been
hurting a little for a while before. It feels like bruises on the top of my feet and
I'm halting a bit. The legs feel a bit stiff also. I can't do any cardio and haven't for
a couple of weeks because of this.

I have gained about 30 lbs weight this spring. Now when I started your program
again, I'm not that hungry. I'm fine with 3lbs grapes and some lettuce during the
day - 1000 calories. Maybe that's because I can't do my 500 calories on the bike
with my feet and also because I have excess calories on my body already? I used
to be saturated around 2500 when I exercised.

What is going on? Can I continue eating less until I want to eat more? What can I
do with my feet? Thank you.
