I'd start by comparing kilos per centimeter. If, as you say, you've grown 8 or 9 centimeters but haven't gained any weight at all, then your weight per centimeter has dropped considerably. At 15, you are likely going to continue gaining height, so my recommendation at this time is to be patient, and keep getting taller. You may find that you "grow out" instead of losing weight.
Please stay in touch, and if you really need to lose a few kilos, I'll gladly give you some suggestions. Commonly, the weight loss strategy is either to do more or eat slightly fewer calories, as would be achieved by adding in a bit of vegetables to your first two meals of the day.
