Thank you Doug a lot!

Yes, it is true... (hahaha... I still remember when you gave me hen and egg assignment in Costa Rica and I actually researched how chickens develop in eggs... :))

The cite I provided in the first post is a reasoning of some Dr. from Serbia who is a promoter of Chrono diet and she advocates against fruit, so some people are confused and ask me to argue her arguments. And she comes up with all this knowledge about chemical reactions in the body... bla, bla, bla...

My main arguments are:

- if I was in a jungle and I was hungry, would I first study chemistry or find food that is most appealing to me and that I can get following the law of efficiency.

- There is no technical vegan. I my self surely ate dozens of bugs. (Sorry bugs...)

- Talking about law of efficiency: apes don't know what vegan or raw means neither they care. They want to satiate their hunger with what is most available and most easily caught in a given moment.

- This is where HUMANS defer from apes. We have ability to think and make decisions that are morally, ecologically and HUMANLY sane. And obviously, not all human-alike are human.

And Doug... it is sometimes hard, thanks for having me prepared in CR. :)
