Subject:         Female with very low body fat

Dear Dr. Graham,

I just finished reading your book The 80/10/10 Diet and I am really interested
in starting your diet.
I am currently living on a cooked vegan diet (since 1.5 years) and never looked
at my daily fat intake.
I have always been skinny / athletic with a very low body fat of only 7.1%.
I know that is really low for a woman and that I don't have an "average body
type" (110 lb / 5'6).
Before I went vegan I ate what I wanted and never gained weight and my body
fat was never higher than 10 %.

I don't have any problems with my monthly cycle and are rarely sick (one cold a
year during winter time).

What would you recommend ? Is 80/10/10 the right diet for me, or am I one of
the few people you would recommend to eat more than 10% fat ?
