Hi Dr. Doug,

I just noticed that spinach is listed as one of
vegetables instead greens (lettuce/celery). No wonder
that spinach is not listed as a green in your
Reference Guide on Food Combinations & Nutrition
booklet.

I am concerned that I make a big mistake for have been
combining (by smoothing) baby spinach with bananas for
several years. As a vegetable, spinach is supposed to be a
poor combination with sweet fruits.

Should I stop doing that?

Thanks,

Dean
