Hello again Doug. I'm planning on taking the experiment to the next level! I've just watched one of your Vids in which you say we should eat the same amount of calories on a raw diet as we would eat on a cooked diet. As I'm overweight and have no idea what I've been eating I've had a look around the internet and the suggestion is for a sedentary male of 45 years and 5'7" to eat about 2200 calories per day. The reason I ask is because I honestly don't think I know what proper hunger is and need some guidelines until I do. My main concern is under eating leading to a crash and burn. 2200 calories doesn't seem a lot from what I've read of other raw fooders but I know I could manage this amount raw which is encouraging. Increasing the amount for more exercise would be an easy next step. Thoughts?
