Subject:         date calories

I would like to know how many calories I am eating when I eat dates. I put 15 dates in a smoothie, the date box says 15 dates is 1,050 calories. Cronometer says that it is 997 calories. But if I do it by weight, cronometer says it is 760 calories. Which one is accurate? I would like to know if my nice big smoothie is not as many calories as I think it is...
