You could try just stretching: grab your left wrist
behind your back, turn your chin toward the right
armpit (keeping both shoulders down).

It might hurt like crazy, but reduce the stretch and
persevere gently but firmly, 30 seconds and repeat
after a few minutes.

You don't want to develop (possibly) a frozen
shoulder, best to nip these things before they set in.
