Dear Doug,

Last night I had a tickle in my throat and started coughing,
more than normal probably about 20 - 30 times in a row. While
I was coughing I had a very bad pain come over in my left
shoulder, it feels like a very sore muscule. I also feel some
pain in my collar bone and up to the side of my neck. I can´t
lift or move my shoulder without creating more pain. There is
a constant pain now in my left shoulder.

This shoulder has been weak for a while as I slept on it, but
it has been getting better and normally is only painful if I
put too much stress on it (for instance I avoid touching my
toes on forward bends in yoga with the hand of this shoulder).

Any advice would be welcome!

Thanks
