Subject:         How can I stop my teeth decaying apart from being fully raw?
Date: July 10, 2014 at 9:30 am PST

Hi Doug,

A dentist I went to yesterday told me that decay is only caused by too
much sugar in the diet (including fruit) and not cleaning teeth properly.

I've been raw till four for about 4 .5 years now and it appears to have
been disastrous for my teeth. A year in I started having decay problems
and recently i found out they have got worse. Im in my mid 30s and
came from a history of no problems. After all the learning and errors i
can finally do 811 without struggling. I've absorbed alot of info over
these years but just wish my teeth could prove me right and
stop.decaying.

My question is other than being raw is there anything you recommend i
could do to try and avoid further decay?

I was recommended by my dentist to reduce my sugar ( including fruit)
intake & go back to using a flouride toothpaste.
Would it be worth me consulting?..I just spent £100 yesterday having a
horrible dentist tell me that the fruit and using non flouride toothpaste
was assisting the decay greatly :-(

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Darcy
