Don has been saying fasting causes deficiencies and telling people to do his sups now for over a year to my friends and it keeps coming back to me he makes whole out of context pages about me

i take responsibility for my actions is state my disagreements publicly i make connection requests to him . want this on the record:

"I'm starting to question Don's credibility. A month ago I decided to test for iodine with him (so many people talking about it in the raw circles these days).Btw, I have never taken any kind of supplements in my life and probably never will. So my results came low (56%). I decided to ask other people (even Doug) and all the answers were the same :don't do anything about it unless you have symptoms (which I don't). So I decided to test the soil (my farm's soil) and it came out rich in iodine. Then I talked to a doc in Seattle that told me this whole thing about iodine deficiency is bogus and the test is flawed (96% of the people being tested come out low). Don wants me to go on a 3 months iodine therapy, take table salt in order to get rid of bromine and than re do the test....WTF????"

in warmth liberty peace and hygiene , respect
