Subject:         Caloric deficit

Dr Graham!

How much of a daily caloric deficit would you say is healthy
when trying to loose weight?

I don't want to tax my adrenals or put too much pressure on my
system while loosing weight.

I'm looking to loose about 4 kg. Over 2 months that's a little
less than a 500 calorie deficit per day, is this sustainable
and healthy? What's the range you would advise per day?
