Hi Sanja, Eating fruits from two different categories, e.g. subacid
(peaches) and sweet (bananas and dates), just an hour apart from one
another may be the cause of your discomfort?

From my personal experience, when I do this, I get stomach upsets
too.

Another approach for you may be to eat your first meal of
peaches….as many as you can eat to feel comfortably full. And then,
if hungry again in an hour, eat more peaches (or perhaps another
stone fruit or subacid fruit) to satiation. Then, make sure you wait at
least 3 hours or so before a meal like bananas and dates.

The thing is is to put enough separation time between meals of
different kinds of fruits so each fruit meal has the capacity and space
to digest easily.

To make sure its not the banana/date meal, irregardless of when you
eat it, that is the cause of your symptoms, you could experiment and
eat this meal first on an empty stomach.

I wish you the best with this.:)
