Thanks for your reply.
I truly appreciate being able to have direct feedback from yourself, it
is an admirable quality of connection to be able to offer in this day
and age.
Today I had a blended ripe Piel de Sapo melon of breakfast. Devine.
For lunch I had a bowl of processed thick apricot soup
No noisy busy gut noises and only a small amount of gas.

local river, but never did sustained aerobic activity really. I meditate
and do yoga and enjoy such physical work as off grid living on a

Perhaps aerobic activity is what is missing to get metabolic fire going?
I am baffled by the competitive drive of athlete's in general, although I
admire any joyful human endeavour in sport.
Perhaps 811rv will reawaken some dormant sport gene ?!
I guess I will slowly and steadily adapt to the lifestyle.
