Subject:         Acid/Sub Acid fruits with small amount of nuts/seed..

Hi doug, I understand not to mix fats with sweet fruit like bananas.. But I am
curious about say oranges or grapes with a small amount of nuts/seeds? Most
food combining charts say acid/sub acid and fats are okay combinations.. I feel
need to try and get a brazil nut or two in every couple of days for the selenium
and was wondering if a recipe as this will cause candida overgrowth?
-- Common Dinner Post Jiu Jitsu training Recipe:
Blend: 24 oz. Grapes with 14oz lettuce and 14 oz young baby spinach.
1.5-2 Tbsp chia seeds(for omega3) 1 Brazil Nut (for selenium).
24 oz more whole grapes added into the blended mix eaten like cereal in a
bowl.. Meal total 1187 Kcal. 10g Fat, 7% fat.. Daily total: 2500 Kcal, 5.6% fat
(18-20 lb watermelon for breakfast..)

Is this a dangerous Candida overgrowth causing practice? Is my Selenium fear
pointless and stupid?? (averaging 10-30 mcg/day selenium without the brazil
nuts)

should I just forget about monitoring my selenium altogether? or will my brain
suffer disease like Parkinson's over many years of low selenium?

thank you for all the help dr. doug..
