Thank you for reply Dr. Graham. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your work and making it freely available on websites, blogs and youtube. You're a wonderful man and your contribution to people's lives and this planet is inexpressible!

The symptom I have is bad eczema on inner elbows on both arms and it is beginning to show up on my face too. I totally get that the information on the net is not trustworthy but I want to fix the ratios if I can to be safe.

I abruptly changed my diet completely to 811rv on 06/21/2014 and stopped taking any supplements or multivitamins that I was taking earlier. I added back my Zinc supplement and my green tea (de-caffeinated) supplement and did a water fast on Sunday and rested up. That seems to have improved my eczema and itching a bit.

Is there a way to get zinc from 811rv without eating too many nuts and seeds to keep it low fat? Also, what would you recommend to keep a good calcium:phosphorous ratio? I can eat more greens but I cant eat them all at dinner time, its too much food. Is it okay to also eat greens with breakfast smoothie and lunch?

Thank you!
