Hi! I've just read 801010, and I'm a little confused about calories. As
another poster further down has said, you say to eat more fruit than you
thought possible - I can eat a lot of fruit!!! I currently have a crappy fat laden
diet but can easily eat a ton of fruit on top every meal. In the book you say
about calculating your bmr, and obviously there's the other diet that's
popular that's based on yours that says not to restrict calories at all.

I need to lose weight, I'm 162lb at 5'3, so while health is most important I
consider dropping the excess weight of equal importance. Some days I'll be
just doing normal daily walking, others I'll be starting couchto5k so
increasing fitness. Could you please give me any advice on what I should
be doing calorie wise? I'm aiming to eat completely raw. Thanks :)
