Whatever calories you think you should theoretically
be eating, it's not enough if you are binging on
crackers or similar nightly.

One obvious change you can make is, eat as much fruit
as you wish before your evening salad - there is no
need at all to have just salad at night. Also bigger
breakfast - you can of course combine sub-acid fruits
with your acid smoothie to give more calories and keep
you going til lunch.
