Thanks for the info. I am tracking on
cronometer my food intake and I am eating
sometimes 150 percent my calories but only 50
percent nutritional needs. Yesterday was a
typical day. Two cups mixed berries with 4
large oranges as a smoothie to start. 15
dates, 1/4 cup cashews, two bananas and 1/4
cup carob smoothie for lunch. Snack of papaya
1 cup and two banana smoothie. Dinner was a
mixed salad of 4 tomatoes,4 ribs celery, one
sweet corn,1 cucumber, 1/4 cup cilantro and
half an avocado. And still hungry. ..... I
could eat more no worries I just saw my
calorie intake was too much or so it said so I
felt I shouldn't eat more and then polished
off a pack of crackers before I felt full. And
then felt uncomfortable with a bloated belly!
Some days I'll have upwards of ten bananas
plus the above and still crave crap. I'm not
exercising as it is all but impossible to get
time out to do it. Squats while I prepare veg
is the best I can do. Maybe I am just an oink
and need to eat even more? Thanks guys
