Subject:         So hungry.....

I start with great intentions. Make it thru
breakfast and lunch and even dinner but then I
give in and binge with anything I can find that
isn't fruit! SAD left overs, crackers even
biscuits. I see it is always wheat based salty
or sweet. I am eating huge amounts but still
hungry. I am breast feeding and it is freezing
cold here- excuses I know. Any suggestions?
