Subject:         Clarification about fruits residue

Hello dear Dr. Graham,
In "The 80/10/10 Diet" book at page 95 you say: "They [fruits]
digest cleanly, leaving only water as residue, which is easily
expelled from the body".

What about fibers and other non-caloric components of fruit?
And if they really only leave water as a residue, how eating
fruit could results in bowel movements?

I'm a bit confused.
