Greetings Tony,

For the past 8 months, I have been 100% raw while following the
80/10/10 lifestyle. I could not be more satisfied and I do notice a
significant improvement from when I was including some cooked
foods.

When I was eating some cooked foods as a high-carb, low-fat vegan,
these were my main symptoms (which have now disappeared since
being raw on a long-term basis):

Sluggish and harder bowel movements
Fatigue during and after my meals
"Brain fog"
Body odor
Increased perspiration from underarms when at rest
Night sweats
Heart palpitations
Shortness of breath when at rest
Bounding pulse
Greasy hair
A lasting after-taste in my mouth
Teeth problems
Increased thirst
Weight gain
Puffiness from water retention
More prone to depression
Frequent vaginal yeast infections
My menstrual periods were heavier and longer, and my PMS more
significant

For me, the benefits of being totally and perpetually raw heavily
outweigh the flavors and conveniences of cooked food. I feel
completely done with cooked food; not looking back. It took me 5
years of struggle and persistent effort to completely push all cooked
foods out the window. It is a major accomplishment to be where I am
now!

Warm Regards,
811Nurse
