Greetings Fred,

I am not sure I completely understand your question, but I will give a
little input where possible.

Mono meals are the best kind of meals in order to have easier
digestion, however it is OK and still within the guidelines of 80/10/10
to eat a meal that has multiple ingredients. Just try your best to
practice proper food combining so that they mix well together.

While a mixed green salad may not technically be a mono meal (it
depends on what you ingredients are), consuming it is not discouraged
if you find it palatable and digestable. Enjoy your salads and variety of
veggies.

A mixed green salad would be a mono meal if it was simply a mix of
different types of lettuce, however if it contained things like spinach,
arugula, kale, etc., then it would not be a mono meal. Again, this is
fine, unless you are aiming strictly for mono meals, which is also fine.

Warm regards,
811Nurse
