Subject:         Graveyard shift

Dear Dr. Graham and fellow 811 enthusiasts,

For the last 8 months I have been 100% raw, about 90/5/5, and feeling and
looking better than I ever have in the past 25 years of my life. A few months ago
I began working the graveyard shift in the medical field as a nurse. My shift
begins at 10:30pm, and I leave anywhere from 7am-9am. I enjoy my job and feel
that this is the best shift for me at this point in my career, so I am willing to do it.

Certainly, there are various social and physiological challenges in living on such a
schedule. However, I still want to be able to obtain thriving health, or as close to
it as I can get, as I pursue my 811 lifestyle.

What general tips can you offer me that I might still attempt to "thrive" on this
opposite sleep schedule? I want to keep my job AND my health.
