I usually train 15 hours a week roughly in cycling and now that I got in an
accident on Thursday and broke my arm, I went from extremely active to

I still have that 4000+ calorie appetite, though I think it is going down. I noticed
I am really bloated and my face is holding onto my water (no super chisled
jawline anymore)

What would you suggest to do Doug? Cut calories? All I can do now is walk
maybe 2-3 miles a day. My legs are pretty sore too
