I was the same in a way, thought "a little cooked
won't hurt", especially with practically everyone else
on the internet who set themselves up as rawfood
coaches coming out of the closet and saying they are
now including a proportion of cooked.

But there is no doubt in my mind that only 100% works
for me, or my health is noticeably impaired.

I do not know your age nor health condition, but going
raw would almost certainly increase your desire and
capacity to exercise - if you really do none, start by
just walking a couple of miles!

It seems in posting your question, you are looking for
negatives rather than positives. Read The 80/10/10
Diet if you have not already done so, or read again.

A cooked diet will be depleting and depressing your
energy and motivation in all areas.

Just start, stick to it, and see the results. And
push yourself to exercise in some way, or you will
never feel like starting. Just like any diet, if you
should cheat don't give up on the day - get back on
track next meal.

Best wishes,
Kate
