Subject:         mineral trouble

Dear dr. Graham,

I've been experiencing some serious mineral deficiencies lately (especially calcium, iron, and zinc; also selenium and phosphorus).

Can you give me any advice what to do? I usually have at least 300-500 g of lettuce and dark leafy greens a day, is that not enough?
