I remember I used to drink tons of water, but, now,
being on 80 10 10 exclusively since February 2012, I
drink a glass or 2 glasses of water per day and I
exercise twice a day.

I just don't understand why there are some LFRV and
healthy lifestyle promoters who literally say:

"Everyone should drink 32 ounces of water first thing
in the morning to get their bowels working."

Everyone? The same rule applies to everyone? 32 ounces
of water every morning?

These advice are just insane... Water won't make you
hydrated. It will just stress out your kidneys!
