OK, I don't recommend drinking more than you require, forcing water, or drinking just because you made a rule to drink at a certain time of day. We're not big drinkers, by nature, but we certainly are designed to be able to drink water as necessary. Climate and other conditions might necessitate the consumption of gallons of waters per day, for some people at some times. At other times, no water may be needed for months on end. Drink as necessary, in appropriate quantities. More is not better.
