Hello,

About 2 years ago I developed a whole bunch of fruit and nut allergies. Apples,
pears, peaches, apricots, cherries, nectarines, plums, peanuts, hazelnuts, the list
feels like it goes on forever and it breaks my heart because I LOVE fruit and
those are some of my favorites! I'm curious what you think about this? I recently
switched to 80/10/10 and as much raw as possible (I'm an au pair in Italy for the
summer so it's proving to be a bit more difficult, and expensive, here to make
this kind of change in my life). Do you think over time those allergies will subside
if I stick to this type of lifestyle? The allergies came with a whole mix of different
problems including skin problems, hormonal imbalances, etc, etc. I'm looking to
continue eating this way and turning it into a permanent lifestyle change/choice,
but I'm still very curious if I'll ever be able to enjoy an apple again (the first fruit I
developed an allergy to, the rest came over time after that).

Thank you.
