Subject:         weight of fruit

Hi, I have just recently read Dr. Graham's book, and I am
excited to make the switch to the 80/10/10 plan, but I had a
question about the weight of fruit. I think I understand, but
just to be perfectly clear: when a recipe says 1.5 pounds of
, it's referring to the edible portion of the fruit,
right? Not the entire fruit including pit/core/etc. and all?
