Thanks. This being an "athlete" thing is still kind of new to me.
For most of my life I focused on diet with only moderate exercise
consisting of going to the gym a couple of times a week and a
yoga class here and there. Reading your books has convinced
me that true health includes the right diet and fitness. A couple of
weeks ago I saw someone that I hadn't seen since last summer
and he said "what have you been doing, you look really fit." I am
54 and that's the first time anybody has ever said that to me. It
sure beats, "you look like you've lost weight!"
