Weight loss is generally as simple as consistently expending more calories than you consume, regardless of what type of diet you eat.

If you find yourself dropping weight rapidly, you likely have a large calorie deficit going on.

Once you reach your ideal weight, you can stop the weight loss by consistently eating the same amount of calories that you burn on a given day, and no less.

For those who struggle to eat enough calories each day, and find themselves with unwanted weight loss, eating more of the denser fruits like bananas and dates are an easy way to bulk up your calories.

My own weight loss experience on the 811rv diet has been rapid as well. I have been able to consistently maintain a large calorie deficit while still feeling satiated enough, without cravings, by eating more of the water rich fruits and extra vegetables, while limiting denser fruits and overt fats. So far I have lost 42 pounds over the last 7 and 1/2 months. This has been incredibly rewarding and satisfying. I have about 25 more pounds to lose before reaching my ideal weight.
