Subject:         Doug - maximum fat intake? emaciated face

Dear Doug,
what would be for you the maximum fat intake in gram you would recommend for a person of 176lbs and 6ft?

I'm basically eating over the course of the day
19 bananas
10 oranges (in juice)
1 carrot
80g of sunflower seeds
15g of walnuts

I am at around 60g of Fat intake and 3000kcal

Is 60g too much as fat intake? what would be the maximum according to your knowledge?

I'm working out every other day on very basic exercices : weighted pullups, weighted ring dips, one leg squat and core exercices.

I consume that amount of fat because I've noticed that regardless the amount of kcal I can consume in Fruit, if I do not add fatty elements in my diet, My face will sunk and appears emaciated (ugly so :p)

Any advices on it?
