Hello all,

Forgive me if this question has already been posted. I couldn't find it.

I began "raw" first try after being a vegetarian for about five years in the eighties.
After many digestive and eating disorder issues I went back to eating a whole
foods diet that included meat. Over the 30 years that I have gone off and on
various forms on raw, live and vegan styles of eating, I am happy to report that I
have been following mostly the 80 10 10 style of eating. I was doing it even
before I knew about Dr. Graham. Now that i have the book I have refined my diet
and most of the changes that I have experienced are very positive. I am not
trying to get others to notice but I love how they do.

One change that is not so desirable is my little pregnant belly. Other men and
women that I talk to with "raw concerns" mention it as well. It appears that
getting the flora balanced is harder than it seems when one consumes a lot of
produce. When I go to a raw food potluck I see especially, a lot of women
sporting this tummy.

Does anyone have any suggestions about eating this amount of fruit while
keeping the tum flat? I have incorporated all of the suggestions in both fully raw
and banana girl's blogs.
