thanks for ur reply. i did google for type llb and didn't understand
the definitions. i couldn't find a picture of that specific muscle
fibers. can u give that specific link for pix? anyway i did try that
yesterday, twice each leg from chair wow i can feel my front thighs.
this morning i did again thrice each leg. i have to hold against the
wall by hand. still experimenting to find a good place to hold
instead of wall and different variety of squat. any idea ?? i forgot to
add. since yesterday i still squat 70 times with my hands pressing
weight on my thighs. i can feel the difference of resistance. good
idea ?? i would love to hear what u have to say. many thx in
