Thank you for the reply, I appreciate there are many
multifactorial aspects

1. 1 year ago my level was 180 so B12 level is
dropping. I ate standard western diet for past 20
years and have been transitioning to low fat high
carb whole foods cooked vegan diet and am now moving
onto fruit and veg 811 program in last 2 years.
2. No specific symptoms like pins and needles arms
and legs - and things like mood and memory and more
subtle signs are hard for the individual to notice..
3. yes i'm willing to supplement
4. i have a busy office job and so would consider
moderate stress levels
5. My intrinsic factor test came back to say i have
intrinsic factor
6. my folate, MCV and Iron levels are all normal. My
GP says I have A isolated slightly high bilirubin
which might be Gilberts syndrome if that has any
relevance. i have no significant PMH. generally fit
and well otherwise
7. overall my digestion is not great, i have always
had lots of bad smelling flatulence and variance in
my stool (sorry to be specific - i appreciate not
the most glamarous of topics)

I know treating the cause is philosophically and
theoretically the best thing to do, i'm not in a
position to fast practically or financially at the
moment..

taking these factor into consideration any other
wise words will be massively appreciated

thank you
