I"m 6'3 187lbs med. build. I"m transitioning from eating mostly chickpeas, beans, potatoes, quinoa, brown rice w/ min. amount of salmon and sole w/ around 1/2pound(day) of mixed greens which helped/fixed my constipation i've dealt w/ for years creating bowel mov. 2x day. Since on 811 over the past 30-40 days i cant get past the constipation or the build up of waste/sugar in my body and will eliminate only every 3 days or so. I incorporate some more fats as in 1-2 tablespoons of flax or 3-4 walnuts at night w/ my big salads to balance it out along w/ eating more greens peas, butternut squash, and other veg. like cucumber separately.
Here is my recent past 10 days as before this i was mostly eating my first 2 meals w/ julie mangos but found i couldnt handle the sugar content and my candida skyrocketed(even now) w/ my tongue being very white even while consuming no nuts during this time. Before(the last 30-40 days) my tongue was perfect.

Meal 1 : about a 6 fresh ripe organic banana smoothie w/ 1/4-1/3lb of greens(mixed greens or spinach) with about 1 litre of water mixed in.
2: same or less lately since at this pt. i cant handle much more sugar.
3: Dont know exactly how much but huge bowl of steamed butternut squash and green peas w/ 1 lemon, followed 1 hr later by big mixed greens salad topped w/ red pepper and celery dressing mixed w/ 1 tablespoon of ground up flax or a handful of walnuts which really helps balance out the sugar in by body at this pt. and helps my headaches and ability to think.
