I know they are...

The quote is from a Paleo blog. I love to read two
Paleao authors about grains, seeds ans nuts. There
is really nothing else I agree with them, but they
have great blogs about these "foods". Particularly,
this quote is from:

http://paleoleap.com/pseudograins-non-gluten-grains/

Anyway, I ask you this because I would love to read
your blog in which you would offer a different mind
set. OK, please let me explain...

When I was in secondary medical school, one of our
professors repeated all the time:

"Only the dose is a medicine and only the dose is a
toxin."

And I believed in this until you taught us otherwise
in Costa Rica.

And this makes sense to me and I believe you.

But, most people have this mind set about some
toxins being good for them when they are "sick"...
for ex B17, cinnamon, pit of an avocado (!)... I
know you have a short video in which you explain
"how does it now are you sick or are you well..."
But, I would love to see another video or blog in
which you debunk all these myths, giving a different
mind set to people.

If I understand it correctly, when there is an
experiment, they sometimes first set up the
conclusion they wanna get and then the experiment.
And... the conclusions are for ex "rice reduces
cholesterol".
No! The cholesterol in this particular example was
probably reduced when someone switched from meat to
rice. But it was not the rice that reduced the
cholesterol. The body managed to reduce the
cholesterol once the meat was out the diet...

Right?

But these experiments are run by the authoritative
voices who still give this wrong mind set to
people...

Oh... can I hope for you blog on this topic? :)
