Thanks, I was thinking that as well, maybe 300-500 calories of orange
juice fresh made with pulp would be fastest digesting and I could do
that 2-3 hours before training and cut my calories down for bananas
at night to around 1000-1100? keeping my mid day meal the same. or
would you suggest only melon in morning as it digests much faster? I
have also considered only training in the 11 am session... would make
things way easier
