If you are eating meals that are beyond your digestive capacity, you are defeating the purpose of all this health stuff.
I'd be tempted to have a little bit before I trained in the morning, maybe just 100 or 200 calories, just so you could get to bed a bit earlier.

Otherwise, you gotta change something, either in your training schedule or your lifestyle.
