thank u, dr doug and kate, this morning i tried jump lunges squat.
it was hard for me to balance when i did it. guess i will explore
something to hold while i do it and other exercises thru u tube and
tv. i like the idea of weight bench for my legs. i will try to get my
legs under my floor mattress or mini-trampoline. thank u again.
