Subject:         FAT CRAVING PROBLEM

Dear Dr. Graham,
I recently came across Serbian translation of your book "The 80 10 10 Diet". Having read it, I realized my mistake of eating too much fat. The explanations in the book make sense to me so I tried immediately to correct my diet. But... no matter how much fruit I eat, I still crave overt fats. I thought I should just increase the fruit intake, so I did that, but now it happens that I overeat on fruit wanting to suppress my cravings for overt fats, but then still I end up craving overt fats again. Then I would have a handful of some nuts and I would feel satiation. I also eat sufficient amount of organic greens.
So the advice “just eat more fruit in order not to crave overt fats” doesn’t work for me and I would love to hear another advice.
