or strength. i want my thighs to be strong. is squatting for
endurance different from strength ? i wish to squat less than 70
times with weights but i am not comfy holding a weight stuff against
my chest. my friend suggested me to wear weight belt around my
waist. is it a good idea ? i think that belt will be in my way to bend
fully. why rushing ? i accepted that i squat 70 times cuz i have
plenty of time. i have arthritis c-6 and c-7, so weight bar on my
neck is out, i think. any other ideas ? thank u !
