For such high repetitions with squatting, you can repeat the exercise often, at least once you get used to doing them. Squat daily if you wish, as long as you make gains. Should you start losing ground, take a day off.
You have to decide if you are squatting for muscular endurance or muscular strength. Either is good, but different goals require different exercises.
For instance, today I only did about 10 squats, but I had a fairly heavy bar across my shoulders.
