Subject:         squat again

good morning dr doug, last month or so i asked u about squat. i
mentioned that i squatted 40 times every other day. i asked u how i can add
more weight so i could squat less than 40 times. i did as u suggested. i
didn't feel comfy holding weights. then i read one of the posters who squats
100 times daily. of course, i am so impressed. so i now squat 70 times
every other day. 2 questions # one is should i squat daily or every other day
? # two is how about 48 hours recovery ? thank u in advance
