require dehydrating and freezing so you would not eat
these kind of foods weekly or even monthly, but for
special events. Is this what you are saying?
Dehydrated mulberries, dehydrated banana, frozen
banana. Also I understood mango and the sweet tropical
fruits to be eaten separate from the nuts. In the
pineapple tarts she list mango as an ingredient that
can also be used. It's also my understanding the
coconut, especially dried is really hard to digest. I
remember Rosilan on a video talking about coconut
being extremely difficult to digest. Please help
